1. 우리가 직접 수집하는 정보

그해 여름은 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 운영자가 운영하는 서버가 없습니다. 운영자는 이름·이메일·연락처 같은 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

2. 카메라·마이크와 사진

앱은 사진·동영상을 찍기 위해 카메라를, 동영상 모드에서 소리를 함께 녹음하기 위해 마이크를, 찍은 사진·동영상을 사진 앱의 「그해 여름」 앨범에 저장하기 위해 사진 추가 권한을, 앨범의 사진을 골라 옛날 폰 느낌으로 바꾸기 위해 사진 읽기 권한을 사용합니다. 권한은 해당 기능을 처음 쓸 때 요청하며, 거부해도 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다(마이크를 거부하면 동영상은 소리 없이 녹화됩니다).

촬영·녹음·변환은 전부 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 사진·동영상·소리와 메타데이터는 운영자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱이 저장하는 사진에는 위치 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.

3. 기기에 저장되는 정보

찍은 사진과 동영상, 기종 즐겨찾기, 셔터음·날짜 스탬프 같은 설정, 산 상품, 광고를 보고 얻은 촬영 횟수는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다(사진 앱에 저장한 사진·동영상은 남습니다).

4. 인앱결제

카메라 낱개, 묶음, 「전부 열기」는 모두 한 번만 결제하는 상품이며 구독이 아닙니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 가 처리합니다. 운영자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 구매 완료 여부만 앱이 기기 안에서 확인합니다. 기기를 바꾸면 앱의 「구매 복원」으로 다시 열 수 있습니다.

5. 광고·분석

잠긴 카메라를 써 보고 싶을 때 사용자가 직접 「광고 보고 3장 찍기」를 누르면 보상형 광고를 보여 줍니다. 광고는 Google AdMob 이 제공하며, 광고를 요청·표시하는 과정에서 Google 이 기기 식별자(광고 ID)와 대략적인 기기·사용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. iOS 에서는 처음 실행할 때 「추적 허용」 여부를 묻고, 허용하지 않으면 맞춤 설정이 아닌 광고만 표시됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 기술 안내를 참고하세요. 광고를 보지 않아도 무료 카메라와 구매한 카메라는 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

그 밖에 분석 도구나 추적 기술은 사용하지 않습니다. 사진·동영상·소리는 광고에도 쓰이지 않으며 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple 이 처리하며 이 앱은 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.

6. 아동

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

앱의 글꼴은 IBM Plex Sans KR (SIL Open Font License) 을 사용합니다. 셔터음·효과음은 직접 제작했습니다. 앱은 특정 제조사·브랜드와 관련이 없으며, 기종 이름은 연도·화소·형태만을 가리킵니다.

That Summer Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect directly

That Summer has no sign-up or login and the operator runs no server. The operator does not directly collect or store personal data such as your name, email, or contacts.

2. Camera, microphone and photos

The app uses the camera to take photos and videos, the microphone to record sound in video mode, the photo-add permission to save them to a "That Summer" album in your Photos app, and the photo-read permission to pick a library photo and convert it. Each permission is requested when you first use that feature; declining it leaves the rest of the app working (without the microphone, videos are recorded silently).

Capture, recording and conversion happen entirely on your device. Photos, videos, sound and metadata are never sent to the operator or any third party. Saved photos contain no location data.

3. Data stored on your device

Your photos and videos, favorite phones, settings such as shutter sound and date stamp, the products you purchased and the shots earned from ads are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app (photos and videos saved to the Photos app remain).

4. In-app purchase

Single cameras, packs and "Unlock everything" are all one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store. The operator never receives payment details; the app only checks on-device whether the purchase completed. Use "Restore Purchases" on a new device.

5. Ads and analytics

When you want to try a locked camera you can choose "Watch an ad for 3 shots", which shows a rewarded ad. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; to request and show an ad, Google may process your device identifier (advertising ID) and approximate device and usage information. On iOS the app asks for tracking permission on first launch; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. See Google's advertising technologies page for details. You can use free cameras and purchased cameras without ever watching an ad.

The app uses no other analytics or tracking. Photos, videos and sound are never used for advertising and are never sent to any server. Purchases are handled by Apple; the app never receives payment details.

6. Children

This app is not directed at children. The operator does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
